We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means tips for better results, trying another product, or issuing a refund depending on the situation.

  • Refunds require clear photo/video evidence of product usage and results to qualify.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 15 days after delivery.

If your item qualifies:

  1. Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process a refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygienic reasons.

Hygiene & Safety

To protect the health and safety of all customers, we do not accept returns of used items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or offer a suitable resolution.
